COACHING STEPS.....

Step 1: 
We use assessment tools to identify your personality preferences and strengths in achieving your goals.  We use several assessments that can determine your behavioral styles, relationship style, conflict resolution, communication, career target and leadership skills.

Step 2:
Together, we identify your values, beliefs and motivations to create a plan that will help you reach your goals.  If there are new skills you need, we identify them and explore ways you can develop them.

Step 3:
We promote accountability by monitoring your progress, providing feedback and offering guidance and support.
