I am a professional coach inspired to perform coaching services through my personal and professional experiences.  I have over 15 years of professional and educational experience including a Master’s Degree in Developmental Psychology and Personal and Executive Coach Training with the College of Executive Coaching. I am a member of the International Coach Federation and Business Networking International.   I have worked in diverse arenas including academic training, counseling, and executive positions all contributing to a unique specialization in transitional events.

 

I have taught global psychological principles on topics such as marital relationships and I have conducted extensive research, developed assessments and provided counseling on resiliency and family dynamics.  I have worked with many social service agencies in both executive and managerial positions as a Director, Vice-President, Partner, as well as providing consulting services and training initiatives.  These leadership roles involved performance management, team development, fiscal operations, business/strategic planning and marketing.

I am currently an entrepreneur and business owner incorporating all my experiences into one exciting field.  My experiences afforded me opportunities for individual strength and success.  My life’s journey depicts spiritual, intellectual and emotional growth.  Life lessons of both personal success and failure have led me to a clear understanding of the purpose, fulfillment and peace of the human spirit.  I am inspired to provide coaching to other people and organizations by building relationships that foster awareness, discovery and achievement.
